My First Response:
I decided to make my first reading response about how I think the book will be before I actually read it, I know that that doesn't technically make it a “reading” response but I hope it's okay.
This book is called The Perks Of Being A Wallflower. Basically, from what I've been told, this book is about a boy who's going through his first year of highschool and the struggles he goes through with that.
I chose this book because (1) it had been recommended to me by quite a few people (2) it seems like a book I think I would like and (3) I Googled the definition of the term “wallflower” and it kind of reminds me of myself to be honest, so I am hoping that this is a book I can relate to.
I really do think I'm going to like this book and I'm excited to get reading!
